1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, completing payments, or communicating with us. This includes your name, email address, and billing information (processed securely through Stripe). We also collect metadata about the files you upload (such as file names, sizes, types, and upload timestamps) to facilitate storage and delivery, alongside basic analytics like IP addresses and browser configurations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to: (a) operate, maintain, and provide the core functions of the Service; (b) process billing transactions and subscriptions; (c) analyze usage trends and improve performance; (d) communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support requests; and (e) detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data you upload to Flux Drop is transferred via secure encrypted TLS channels (HTTPS) and stored in isolated private directories. Files at rest are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 algorithms. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no transmission over the internet or storage system is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the EU or California), you may have rights under GDPR or CCPA to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction or deletion of your data; (c) object to processing or request data portability; or (d) withdraw consent. You can execute these rights directly from your dashboard profile settings or by contacting us at support@fluxdrop.pl.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform dashboard before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
